- International: 14–30 business days
Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays beyond our control. We ship from our fulfillment partners and all orders are fully trackable.

Returns & Refund Policy

Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at support@k-shop24-7.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or incorrect items:
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.
We do not accept returns on items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
